But doing so under Carlin's guidance settled all my nerves and spoiler alert, I have now done THREE transactions with her over the course of a decade, with another purchase in the works. During my first sale, there were times when I focused on minutiae like where to put the TV remote (seriously, I was obsessed with the most unimportant details), and times when I couldn’t remember something as basic as my monthly maintenance.
